Hours per candidate, every candidate

A Swedish employment-services firm places jobseekers with employers and coaches them through the process. Each candidate meant the same manual loop: read the CV, retype the details, search the public job boards, judge which ads actually fit, then write a tailored application email in correct Swedish, one at a time.

The work is skilled, but most of the hours in it are not. That gap between skilled judgment and manual repetition is exactly where a custom tool belongs.

CV reading without typing

Drop in a PDF, digital or scanned. The system extracts the candidate's profile, experience, skills and languages, cleans the data to a consistent standard, and flags anything it could not verify against the document, so nothing invented slips through. All AI processing can run on local models: candidate data does not have to leave the building.

Matching against live job ads

The console searches the public Swedish job market in real time and ranks the freshest ads by how well they actually fit the candidate, not just by keyword. Each match shows why it fits.

The application, drafted and sent

For a chosen ad, an AI agent reads the posting and the candidate's profile, finds the right application address when the ad hides it, and drafts a tailored application email in correct Swedish. The coach reviews every draft, edits if needed, and sends with one click. The CV is attached automatically and the application is logged on the candidate's timeline.

Also in the box Candidate status tracking with a full activity history, a bilingual interface (Swedish and English), light and dark themes, and an admin panel where the firm configures its own AI models, email account and storage without a developer.

Delivered, paid, and sized to the client

The firm took delivery and paid for the build. Then came the honest conversation: at their current caseload, the manual routine was still manageable, so they chose to keep working manually for now and adopt the system when their volume grows. The product is finished, owned by them, and ready for that day.
